This may have been a decent post office in the past, and some of the staff are still fairly helpful. However, since the management changed and the guy in charge has more chips on his shoulder than Harry Ramsden's costume-maker, they make basic mistakes, like sending parcel-force packages back to the depot before the 14 day waiting period is up. In short, you can buy milk and post packages, but for anything more complicated in terms of delivery, go the Cardiff depot, or even that miserably rude guy on Clive Street. He might have the manners of a drunken goat, but at least he's competent. Unlike our friend in Holmsdale street, who has the shiny patina of one of those guys who buys books on how to pick up women, and probably calls them 'chicks'. In other words, looks great from a distance. The closer you get, the more his smug self-satisfaction starts to grate.
