I’d give no stars if it was possible. The staff are usually great when I’ve gone to post letters and parcels. However, one staff member, goes by the name Joe, (looked Asian) was extremely rude! This time I went to collect a parcel that I had redelivered to this post office, gave him all the correct details relating to my parcel (i.e. surname, address, date of delivery) and was rudely interrogated about the choice of name I used on my order (preferred name instead of first name). The whole experience was belittling and frustrating. Joe is arrogant, patronising and condescending! Not what you’d expect when you pay for the convenience of delivering to your local post office. A review prior to mine seems to speak of this same man. I hope they sort out his poor customer service and fix his attitude. He shouldn’t be there at all really!

I always visit this post office to post things off and the staff were always lovely to me and provided me with good customer service however today I entered the post office and there was a new worker,he looked Asian and was very racist to me as I told him I was sending off makeup then he asked is there a gun or knife I replied saying no and then he said to another employee working there you never know what could be in there.I found this really rude and racist.Apart from the rude behaviour from the new member of staff all others working there have given me amazing customer service.But I am really disappointed with what I experienced.

Lovely staff always willing to help really kind and considerate and are very knowledgeable too. Excellent post office in our community. Lucky to have such a good service in our community

My partner and i ordered something online and the parcel had been sent to here a couple days ago was told by the company it woukd arrive the same day but yet we are still waiting.. really not happy with the service we are reciving from this area and definetly wanting our parcel if its not recived please expect to hear from our lawyer...
