This postal service is getting worse and worse. Quite often we’re having to rely on others living close by to redeliver mail that’s clearly marked for us but the postman hasn’t bothered to post properly.
Couriers are enhancing their service with more pickup / dropoff points. Royal mail is headed in the opposite direction. These opening hours are not customer friendly.
Opening hours are very sparse, and after several complaints to Royal Mail, I have discovered this Delivery Office has a major shortage of staff. Unfortunately this means that post arrives once every two weeks at best, and if I miss this sporadic delivery, I have to wait days to get to the office to collect as their opening hours are short and at inconvenient times of the week/day.
Weird opening times but decent service I guess
Even though they were slightly late with the items which was due to the seller, they delivered in a safe olace when stated.on label. Good service.
Very friendly sorting office but the opening hours are atrocious.
Staff are pleasant enough! Difficult to park as it’s located on a busy main road.
Wasnt open ! Limited opening hours/no-one to phone/call to see why I was supposed pay £5 as insuffucient postage on undelivered letter .. wasnt expecting anything ? nowhere to park !
I have used royal mail. Worst of the worst and a NO NO
Once they didn't even try to deliver my parcel... I know as I'm working from home and rhet put note that there was no access to building which is not true. Second postman gave my parcel to random people on street and ask them to deliver it to my flat. Ridiculous! Very low standards for Royal Mail
