Pembroke Leisure Centre has many facilities including a swimming pool, gym, spin room, squash court, rock climbing wall and large gymnasium. The gym is well equipped with plenty of cardio equipment as well as a weight training area. The leisure centre offers up to 12 different fitness classes throughout the day. Spin, Zumba, HIIT, Pilates, Boxercise, Body Pump and Body Combat are all available several times a week, just to name a few. The leisure centre offers swimming lessons for children and adults, and has swimming clubs. They also have badminton club, tennis club and football training.

All in all it is a pretty good leisure facility for rural West Wales. The layout is a bit odd and it would be great if there was an area to get a snack/drink. Parking is now superb with loads of new spaces.
