I have been attending Nathalie’s classes since she first started teaching some years ago. I really appreciate the mindful and thoughtful approach she brings to the classes and the way she embodies and models this in her practice when teaching. In addition to two yoga classes, which I attend weekly, I have really enjoyed the last two on-line meditation classes she has taught. I have found the classes have helped to supplement my yoga practice as well as expand and deepen my other meditation practice. I highly recommend joining her classes whether you are a total beginner or have more experience of yoga and meditation. Her classes integrate both very well and are very inclusive for all levels of experience.
Nathalie hosted a group session for me and 3 friends and the class was lovely! Nathalie was great! Explaining positions and helping us with the right technique. Communication was great and we all finished the class feeling calm and collected! I would really recommend Nathalie’s yoga practice! Thank you for such a lovely class!
My first introduction with yoga was with Nathalie. I used to go to the classes in Dinas. What struck me most is the personal attention she gives to each participant. I know yoga has become “trendy”, but following trends is not what Nathalie’s classes are about. I naturally tend to bend my joints too far and breath too shallow and fast. Nathalie has made the effort to understand why I do this and has helped me controlling my movements and breathing through yoga. I’m not sure if I said thank you enough for this. So, Nathalie, many many thanks for your open, calm, understanding and inclusive yoga classes!
Nathalie's classes are unique. She radiates calm and positive energy. Her gentle and encouraging teaching allows you to make the practice your own. Like many people I did my yoga classes online during the lockdowns, but there really is no substitute for being in the presence of such an inspiring teacher.
Nathalie teaches yoga with a calm passion - helping you to safely strengthen and develop your practice whatever your level is. Always encouraging new goals with gentle instruction ensuring you get the most out of every class. I cannot recommend highly enough - Nathalie teaches Hatha.& Astanga yoga - in various classes, private and online - all with a wonderful French accent - you cannot fail to leave her classes with a peaceful smile on your face!
Nathalie is the most inspiring warm and nurturing of yoga teachers. She tailors all practices to your level. I love her classes and always come away in a better place.
