OK so historically I have been very critical justifiably so of PCC. So if I can leave a poor review I have to be honest enough to leave a good review and this is such a review.. So earlier this week the refuse collectors missed collecting my black bags. Mistakes do happen and what is important is how a company/organisation responds to that problem particularly in a service supply environment. So I phoned the council and notified them about the  fact my black bags had not been collected. I then raised a non collection case via their online portal - the only negative is that when you phone up you do not get given a trouble ticket number by which you can chase the status of the problem. Something they need to sort out. Anyway in under 48 hours the bags had been collected so well done PCC.

An absolute joke , business waste collection is mess. Would not pick any phone call from 1pm despite open till 5pm or 3pm varies. The new bin are badly finished. The lock is semi bent.  Only pick up half of the blue bags put out.  Despite having an agreement still send out warning letter manually from the bin guys. Advertise as green and recycle friendly where in fact less will be recycle. Got told to put almost everything inside blue bag. Only glass tins cans and cardboard are recycled.

More like a cartel than a council. Spend millions on coach companies, private endeavors and obsene bonuses without the tax payers say. Constantly cutting services whilst ever increasing tax payments. Give people like Bryn Parry Jones a golden handshake for stealing millions of tax payers money. They should be criminally investigated for their corruption.

Have some pride and get someone out in town with a pressure washer to clean the mold off everywhere for .... sake. Simple, cheap job to make the place look a whole lot better. I see your offices are nice and clean. All the white street signs are illegible covered in rust or whatever it is too. Some real, real basic stuff just not getting done by this council.

Always had great service from the Council. Staff are always polite and friendly. They should do more stuff in-house like they used to. They should have never done away with the 75 Pence toll on the bridge. If anything they should have raised it to £1. The funds used to raise a lot of money for the county and provided jobs. I think the Welsh Government had a big say what happend to the Cleddau. At least the Council doesn't waste money on Diversity Managers like some further up the line. Keep up the good work PCC.
