Amber is the best.She is kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She is as beautiful inside as out and will encourage you to do the best you can to help yourself and your body. You will always be a person, never a member or a number.
The gym is light, bright and well equipped. I cannot comment on classes, but they seem well attended and everyone looks to be having fun.
I can however, highly recommend the fat zapping machine, which works it's wonders when I have been out of control. I also like the collagen light therapy. This gives me 15 minutes of absolute peace while kick starting my skin to heal itself and I shall never be 'sad' in winter again.
All ladies groups can sometimes be bitchy, this will never happen here. The staff are lovely and helpful and the tone is set from the top, by the owner, Amber. She doesn't have a horrid bone in her body.
She even has a fantastic wobble machine which means lazy me gets a fantastic work out while just standing around being lazy!!! There are plenty of other machines for people who actually enjoy working out. I spend half my life in Wales and half in London, this is the place I choose to deal with my wilder excesses when in Wales.
