This is a nice beach house in a lovely location but emphasis on shabby more so than shabby chic - really tatty 3 piece suite that wasn’t particularly comfy to relax in. Needs a freshen up and didn’t feel as clean as it could in places. Nice shower, kitchen basic. Didn’t live up to expectations based on the price paid. Lovely area to explore - Dungeness a must.
Lovely beach house. Great location. Just a bit grubby. Needs a bit of a deep clean. But overall great little spot.
Gorgeous, cosy yet spacious for our family. Fantastic shower, comfortable beds. Lovely with a roaring fire. Pebbles throw away from the beach. Great location for Rye, Winchelsea and Battle. Try the pies at the Ship.
Lovely little beach hut, very well done out. Great for a long weekend - not many curtains so make sure you're comfortable with any other guests! Also only really appropriate if you have a car
Chilled out in the warmth of Pebbles with a cool drink and a hot toastie. Took myself up to the roof deck, took a seat and took in the view of the sea. Read a book, listened to music. Felt I should write my own.Rooms: 5/5
Lovely pebble beach. Clean and dog friendly. Some parts dogs are not allowed between may & september Toilets are nearby. Lovely flat sand when tide is out
Pebbles cottage is the perfect place to unwind and relax just had four fantastic days there is very rustic and warmly at the same time open log Fire minutes from the beach Highly recommendRooms: 5/5
A very special feel good place. Brilliant location. Perfect place to relax .
