Ordered on JustEat. Said it would be 50 minutes. Then got the restaurant confirmation and it said 1 Hour and 40 minutes. At that point I tried calling the restaurant to arrange pick up rather than delivery. 40 minutes now and the line is still engaged. Don’t care how Good the food is, it doesn’t replace the bad taste of poor customer service. If you know your restaurant is busy or popular at seecred days/times. Install additional lines or employ extra staff. Terrible service.

Always Great food, Normally Good service. What can I say... Not at weekends. When the resteraunt is half full, all other services seem to stop... The phones come off the hook and you are screwed if you had a takeaway and try to call to get it corrected.... No service, no compensation. Bad show boys, if you screw around with the goodwill of your customers you will lose out to the competition. I waited 1hr 45mins for a takeaway last nite...... Won't again unless you are paying for the beers whilst I wait. People do not want excuses for incomplete orders, let alone silence when they pay good money for food in an extremely competitive environment ... so they come back in raging. Saw it all tonite whilst waiting 2 hrs for my food. If I expeiance this again my next review will not be quite so favourable at all.. I have Downgraded you to a 2* But to all you head shakers out there. Remember,, the food is extremely good. All the time.. Back in a month guys. Sort it...

Only took an hour to deliver but missed something out of the order which this isn't the first time. So far it has taken two hours to deliver missing item and we're still waiting. Never turned up no phone just say will refund you the difference. Poor customer service
