I went to this McDonald's to eat some nice burgers. When I arrived, I realized they aren't even on the McDonald's APP. They don't have the screens to do your order yourself. Everything was just as it was intended to be. It felt really nice to interact with a person while ordering tasty food.
By far one of the most poorly managed and organised McDonald’s. Long wait times, some staff apathetic and not working efficiently. Deliveroo / uber orders waiting around everywhere for a very long time. Many customer orders including mine were wrong, things missing or other issues so lots of annoyed people. No machines to order for yourself. Queue long, despite going through my order with the staff member they forgot a part and didn’t charge me. When I discovered this, told them right away, they suggested I get at the back of the queue to add it again! Talk about unreasonable.nShocking, need new management.
Just ordered a mcspicey and noticed a hair this is absolutely disgusting do they not wear hair nets anymore? Iv officially turned off mcspiceys forever thanks to the someone who made my burger open your eyes guys
I travel a lot and love a McDonald’s breakfast, but this place is one of the worst in the country for service, always slow and always the wrong order via drive thru , every time I use them, even when not busy at drive thru , you always have to go find a parking spot to park up and wait. Today I waited 15 minutes for a McMuffin meal and didn’t even get the McMuffin in the bag so had to go in. Useless management which runs off on the young staff. Went back today, still terrible, thanks for the bit of cheese on my fillet, a full square would have been nice.
The drive through is always busy on the weekend sometimes queues up to the main road. Sometimes takes more than 30 mins to get through the drive through. And then you get home and your orders wrong. I gave up going back as you have to queue again. Any other time is fine.nCheck your order before you leave.nSome staff are rude and are not apologetic that your order was incorrect. When complained to a manager, I was surprised that they didn’t really care either. Lastly why do they insist on dropping the fries upside down in the bag?
