Popped in for lunch all week food is nice and presented well nice ambience about the place friendly staff the food is reasonably priced not over expensive had various meals over the few visits lunchtime food was presented nice and food tasted okay nothing special nothing poor just what you’d expect for a pub lunch 8.1/2 out off 10. Nice, lively place. Could do with a lick of paint, but otherwise ok. Staff were great, friendly and polite. However...the food was excellent! I had a burger, which was meaty and juicy and the chips were some of the best I've ever tasted. The halloumi fries were delicious too. Apparently the scampi was very tasty, as was the hunters chicken baked potato. Prices were very reasonable and they do special seniors' meals and two for.. specials too.nHighly recommend. Great free parking at the back.

I've been to the Bridge several times in the last month to see the bands they have performing regularly. Music to suit most tastes dancing and singing along is encouraged lol. Today I popped in for a quick lunch and for the second time of eating here I had the Mixed grill. I've had the mixed grill in many Greene King pubs over the years, always good value. This mixed grill at the Bridge is the best of the lot, cooked fresh, well presented and washed down with a perfect Guinness. A friendly chat with the staff who always remember us. The music played always to my taste which is a bonus. The pub is a Sports bar at one end 2 pool tables 2 dart boards and they have TV screens to accomodate all direction viewing. The World Cup is coming soon I'm expecting a great atmosphere at what is fast becoming my new local.nThe other half of the pub is fresh, clean and comfy chairs for dinning, you can also eat at the sports bar end of you prefer. My kinda pub music sport and friendly fun people

Had a fantastic afternoon here! We had booked for 10, and when a few extra friends tagged along the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, sorting everything out for us without any fuss. The food was absolutely incredible, and as always we loved every minute of being here. A huge thank you to everyone for making it such a great day — we’re very grateful and can’t wait to come back!

Just had a fantastic mixed grill. Great value for money. Quick service and very friendly. Love the atmosphere. Just waiting for the band to start. Seen 2 other bands here and both been good.  Well worth a visit.
