Staff busy smoking outside when we arrived. Came in, didn't wash hands then proceeded to prepare our food. Average kebab, didn't have many options available. Have had better experiences there before with the pizzas! Shame really as it used to be so good!Food: 3/5

I made a large order and asked if everything cooked be cooked fresh. I didn't mind waiting longer as long as the food was fresh.  When I eventually got home with the food, the chicken was overcooked, black inside and dry. I called them to explain and they literally said go away. I will never visit here again.  I used to love the food here. Such a shame, all these halal places serve such bad food with the worst customer service.

Good food, fast service. Its a takeaway, so it doesn't matter their atmosphere. I'm little doubt about clearness.Food: 4/5

Ordered three pizzas, cut like as though a blind dog cut it. The kebab? Don’t order this if you wish to live the next day it was tangy and clearly was off.Food: 2/5

One of my places to go after a few beers on Albert Road. Usually I have chicken, which to be honest can be quite a lottery. If you catch a fresh batch it's lovely, but equally it can be almost inedible if it has sat around and dried out. Can't comment on kebabs or burgers as it never looks appetising, so probably best avoided. Saving grace - pizzas are nice, freshly cooked and good value if collecting in store.

Got extremely bad food poisoning from having pizza from here. Been having diarrhea and vomiting all night and all day the next day and the worst stomach cramps and discomfort. Food poisoning has never hit my stomach so quick as much as this pizza did, never ever ordering from here ever again so disappointing. Would not recommend.

Have been to this place many times before when I was uni a fair few years ago. Went again last night and had great service. Lovely staff as I temember. Highly recommend after a night on albert Rd. Great chicken, perfect chips and charming service.Food: 5/5

Charged me £74 on contactless without me seeing the card machine for one portion of chicken and chips. I called they told me to come in at 6 and when I got there they said the manager wont be there for an hour to give me the refund. Now telling me I have to wait until tomorrow and to come back then to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous, no consideration for my time or money at all seeing as it was their mistake in the first place

Very bad customer service waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for my order. Called first time another 6to 9 minutes then called again 5to 10 minutes with no apologies. Cancelled the order next minute the driver arrived. Bring that quality and service back you guys use to be good
