Terrible pizza; as per other reviews my pizza was sat in a pool of oil. Secondly we'd ordered something totally different than what had arrived. We will use our local independent pizza restaurant next time, we have let slip here and paid the cost.
Awful store, awful customer service and awful company as a whole. Pizza turned up late, looking like this. Apparently waiting 3 weeks for a refund is totally acceptable. No wonder they're struggling. Back to dominos I go!
Ordered a pizza with the instructions “Write something nice please, I’m sad” having had the worst day. Got my pizza in about 15 minutes the delivery man was lovely, asking if I was okay and hoping I felt better AND I had a really nice message written on there. Thank you so much to Angus and everyone at this branch, really cheered me up and the pizza was great! Definitely would order again
Yo you guys need to do better. Honestly. Regretting my £17 right now. The least you could do is serve people good food. My pizza arrived here in 10 ‘mins, indicating it was pre-made & heated up. Huge dough and no cheese. Soo from now on Domino’s will get my money or any other pizza joint for that matter. If you guys don’t care, just close down
Meh Delivery was on time, order was correct but that’s where the positives end. The pizza was ‘ok’ at best. I feel I could do better with a shop bought oven jobby. Won’t be ordering again.
Ordered pizza tonight using a text code wich I'm so glad about pizza was f%#king vile tasted like it had been over cooked and left to cool down the reheated in a microwave it reminded me of eating poppadoms for a pizza base was that crunchy the meat was all chewy I ate two slices and tossed it in the bin won't ever be ordering here again!!!! I'll stick to pizza go go from now on better food never a issue ordering either
Email quoted 45 mins for delivery. After an hour i called up to query. I was informed it was already out for delivery. Another 20 minutes later pizza shows up bentpizza box bent up at both sides, causing the pizza to be squashed inside and also cold! We had to microwave it ourselves to get it hot again. Ordered chicken wings as well which were also cold but dis even bother reheating and eating these as didn't want to risk food poisoning. Has been 5 years since I last had a pizza hut, and will likely never order one again. What a waste of money
Way too much tomato sauce everytime I want Pizza Hut I am forced to opt for my closest branch but next time I’m getting Papa Johns because at least then I won’t be scraping truck loads of tomato purée off of my pizza. Every time I order pizza from this hut it’s always slathered in layers and layers of tomato sauce. Are these pizzas precooked and heated up with sauce and cheese upon ordering because how is this excusable?
Ordered from here last night - waited an hour....and nothing arrived. Tried calling the store - no answer. Tried again - no answer. This continued for an additional 30 mins. No delivery and no one answering the phone. We eventually admitted defeat and went out for something else. Shortly after we returned there was a knock on the door... "Pizza Hut - I have your delivery". This was 2 hours and 10 minutes after we had originally placed the order. Needless to say that we were not paying for an order that was so late and so sent the delivery driver packing. Whilst I felt a little sorry for the poor chap who had to deliver our food I felt really let down here. Especially when you consider that we had no heads up that the order would be late, no apology from the driver/store and had no one answer the phone on the 12 occasions that I called the store. Awful service.
I've been ordering from here for years as it's my local pizza hut, and it used to be very subpar. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful, however the food was always cold or dry. In the past couple of months I have had a few orders from here, and I don't know what they have changed but it had gotten ten times better. Good on you guys and I hope the good food continues!
