Went for a quote for a chair repair, and after the shock of the price, I was blatantly asked to leave!! I was in shock. Then realised while sharing the story, it's not the first time customer service was lacking.

One of the few left of the best! Our leather sofa needed sorting out the springs. It's a lovely design so we wanted to keep it. The father and son did an excellent job: it looks like new and it's very comfortable again. Very happy to recommend them.

Very helpful and also would not hesitate to recommend, plus Paul will be sorting the seats out.
I had four dining chairs that needed the seats re-covering. Took them in on Friday got them back on Monday. Excellent workmanship, polite and speedy service. Janet and Richard Wells.
