Ordered and paid for new sofas costing thousands of pounds was told they would take 4-5 weeks to build. The current ESTIMATED delivery is currently three months later despite receiving a notification that they would be delivered on time as planned. WHAT A JOKE. To add insult to injury they just sent an email survey for me to complete with the line 'Now your order has been safely delivered to your home, we'd really appreciate your thoughts on the experience so far'. I feel sorry for whoever has to read that survey response.
