We recently completed on a sale with Patrick Henry. Our chain was quite challenging, but Patrick managed all the interested parties well. He is a seasoned and true real estate professional. Outstanding service from Patrick and Dylan right through until completion.
After 18 months at our Clapham property, I can safely say I have never had a better experience renting. Any issues were resolved in a timely manner, the staff at Patrick Henry were always more than happy to help, and at the end of the tenancy when our cleaners did not carry out the clean properly, Dylan and the team did everything they could to help us resolve the issue and return our deposit in a timely manner and right before Christmas! It was an absolute pleasure
We bought a house in Clapham from Patrick Henry in March 2024. Patrick and Dylan were absolutely flawless - they guided us through an unexpectedly complicated sale which had to go through probate after the offer had been accepted with ease. They were knowledgeable, professional and quite frankly the best estate agents we've ever come across. They organised access whenever required, provided support to both us and the vendors and the listing of the property was accurate and helpful.
Charl, Dylan and the wider team have been amazing as we worked through major issues with the rental property I was in at the time. They were responsive, helpful and kind during what has been a very stressful situation. Thank you for your great service!

Patrick Henry are the first estate agents I have ever used where I felt like I was truly being looked after. Professional, expedient, and friendly. They do not shy away from going the extra mile. There are, surprisingly, many examples of this. To give one example, at one point a lock broke in the house I was renting. I was trapped inside my room. Charl personally came over to the house and helped me get out. A level of commitment which I doubt many are able to deliver. Charl, Dylan and Ana are a credit to their profession. I would have no problem recommending this business to anyone.
Exceptional service, they went above and beyond from the begining till the end of finding and getting me into a new flat at short notice. By far the fastest and friendliest renting experience I have had and the staff are particularly friendly. An easy recommendation to anyone looking for a good and reliable estate agent!
