Michael Boneh at Century 21 London Central acted as our agent for the sale of our London flat. He provided an excellent service and we are pleased that we took the right decision to engage him. He always answered emails very promptly which is excellent business practice. When matters became difficult He provided a calm reassuring advice. The sale eventually proceeded to a satisfactory conclusion.

Michael Boneh was someone known to me as he was the person who ‘sold’ me my flat originally. This made it a sensible option for Michael to sell the property on my behalf. He acted diligently and responsibly throughout, guiding and advising in turn. In his role Michael fully met my expectations.and whilst I may have wanted a quicker outcome with a greater return, that was not what the market could offer. I would have no hesitation in engaging with Michael again.

We found Michael Boneh at Century 21 extremely helpful in both our search for a flat and in guiding us through the purchase process. Michael was knowledgeable, friendly and was always on hand to offer advice / answer the various questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Anwar Lekki was truly exceptional. I met him at a home buying seminar that was focused on Belgravia area. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of insight that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on rent in the area and I’m so thankful I did.  Anwar was ALWAYS available for home tours. He was very quick and responsive it was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, He always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I decided to rent a newly renovated flat.  Going in he highlighted  what it took to be proceedable and presented me research to make sure progress was being made and correctly. Defiantly Recommend!

Please do not forget to take photos of the property when you move in if you are renting, these people will try and scam you out of your deposit.  These people leased me a property in poor condition, then lied and said the poor state of the property was my fault - to try and claim all of my deposit at the end of tenancy  Toilet seat cracked, was not replaced for whole year Mould so bad it damaged my clothes Tried to take £1200 pounds from deposit for usage marks I gifted them a toaster after asking if they wanted it, then they proceeded to try and charge me double the price of the toaster to clean it?

Michael Boneh is an excellent estate agent. Purchased my first property in Page Street last year and Michael was incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. He was easy to reach via email/phone if I had any questions and he helped us come to an agreement with the previous owners regarding fixtures/fittings. Would highly recommend RE/MAX Central to anyone!

Throughout my experience with RE/MAX I have only had positive outcomes. Every time we have had an issue someone was ready to help us. The agents take little time to respond and are efficient. In addition, I have only encountered genuine people working for RE/MAX which is an important quality and quite rare to find in this setting. We have been followed by Giovanni who has been extremely helpful in all kind of situations.
