A great experience from start to finish. Yusuf and Elvis are responsive, super friendly and helpful and always respectful. Rented from them for 2 and a half years and never had an issue. When we handed our notice in they were super congratulatory and worked around our schedules to make sure flat viewings were at the best times for us. I couldn't recommend them more!
We have been staying in a property managed by SWLP for the last 6 years - that says a lot. Yusuf and the team have always been responsive to our concerns and we have not had any issues left unsolved in the property. You hear horror stories of other landlords not responding or very dismissive to your concerns. We feel extremely lucky to be living in the flat that we are in now mainly because of our relationship with Swlp.

Finding a home right now in London is a nightmare, we got so lucky finding SWLP as they provided a smooth and easy process. Elvis was so professional and efficient with us. Best experience I have had with an estate agent EVER!
SWLP have been incredibly helpful in our property search. We found them very honest and helpful throughout the experience. We have signed to let a flat which Elvis was very forthright about and gave helpful advice throughout.
As a flat of 3, we all had a great experience with SWLP, Elvis has been a real help especially at the end of our contract. The flat was great and perfect location, reasonable price and they were all very helpful when we needed anything, very responsive letting agency. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
