Featherstone Leigh have been my letting agents for 13years and never fail to deliver excellent service. In the last few weeks I have had different requirements which have been handled in a professional and capable manner by Kim Santos. As part of a larger team, Kim takes ownership and supports her seniors in a very positive manner.
Eli and Liam really had our back throughout the sale, even going so far as to recommend not accepting offers below our asking price in the expectation of holding out for a better one. In the end, they found us a credible first time buyer and we have now successfully completed at the price we set out to achieve, with no small help from the team jumping in whenever any last-minute issues arose. Eli and Liam were responsive, pleasant and entirely on my my side throughout. I would certainly recommend!
I saw many properties with various estate agents but one flat I saw with Ellie at the Lavendar Hill branch was ideal, and so my dream began, while the reality of the purchasing process meant some anxious times for me, but Ellie was a fantastic 'fixer' navigating all the questions and challenges, and resolving them, without Ellie's active input and creative approach I don't think I would have exchanged and completed. I also decided to sell my existing flat with Ellie and she played a vital role in this, advising and providing insights, which meant I could buy my dream flat. I felt Ellie was a good friend throughout the process, and a very focussed estate agent when necessary, and that is a great combination for anyone selling and/or buying, so I would recommend Ellie and Liam, who provided great back up in Ellie's absence. Thank you very much Ellie, five stars are not enough, I am very happy in my new home !

The word to describe Ellie Troisi is AMAZING. Ellie has been both a pleasure and a rock throughout the sale of our Wandsworth property, she certainly deserves all the praise in the world; working incredibly hard to save our sale from failing due to incompetent and amateurish lawyers. Ellie is always easy to contact whether by email or phone, she knows her job inside and out and nothing is too much trouble. If you need a 'can do' estate agent we can't recommend Ellie highly enough.
We dealt with Ellie Troisi in purchasing a flat. She was very professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure things got over the line when there were many instances that made it look doubtful!
After a year of searching for a flat across South West London, and having to view over a 100 properties, I finally came across Ellie at Featherstone Leigh who found me my first home. I was so pleased with my whole experience and was impressed by how much she listened to all my requirements and even exceeded them. I found my experience working with Ellie very professional and most importantly honest and straight forward. It has been a great pleasure and hopefully we will be able to work with her again!
