Me and my colleague have booked a viewing with the Walker Wyatt and the agent didn’t even show, nobody was picking up the phone on the day and the next. Incredibly unprofessional

Avoid at all costs. They are completely inept and unprofessional and do not have a clue how to run their business let alone provide a service to tenants. One star is beyond generous.

very good agency, was always helpful and quick with responses.  excellent communication. No problems with deposit either. everythinng went smooth, fully recommended :

Ask for a £300 cash only, "non-refundable" holding deposit before an offer is even considered and this won't be returned even if your offer is not accepted for reasons beyond your control. Having worked with lots of estate agents recently this is definitely not industry standard. Dodgy, crooked estate agents. Who'd have thought?

This is my estate agent and has been for 5 years. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for fantastic service and the best deal in the tooting area. The staff are so nice and always help when there is a problem with our house. The best estate agent in tooting!

As with most estate agents, completely useless and unhelpful. Avoid any of their properties.
