Really enjoyed catching up with a friend at Patisserie Valerie today. I had a tasty wrap and my friend had the soup which she liked. We were having such a good time chatting we stayed and had more tea and cakes! I ordered a red velvet cake while my friend opted for the baked cheesecake. Both were delicious! They were big portions and we both intended saving a piece to take home... however they were so yummy we ate it all! A really great cafe to sit in and relax with friends.
I try to pop in here when I'm in Silverburn, easily the best place in there for a coffee. Been in a few times now over the last few months for food too, service has always been great. One of your colleagues Theresa has been particularly helpful in recommending things. Will happily be back.

An absolutely fabulous staff team at Silverburn. Moira, Kat, Rachel and Alex provide a great service they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The Food and coffee is lovely. I highly recommend a visit. I would also like to add this team/company were very supportive of the recent Macmillan coffee morning in Pollok library fabulous community involvement.
First time visiting and it definitely did not disappoint. The customer service was to a standard that is lacking in most places! We were served by Rachel, after we asked her name as her knowledge of coffee was second to none and made for a very memorable and enjoyable first visit. We will certainly be back!
This is the best place I have found. Their customer service is outstanding. I come here for my business work and at times I am there for good couple of hours. We are living in the days now most of the places are offering frozen food but over here everything is freshly made. Cat, Moira, Rachel and Theresa are the best! Thank you for making my visits awesome.
Previously a customer of the now closed branch of Patisserie Valerie in W.Nile Street Glasgow, we were pleased to find this branch at Silverburn. Staff were friendly and efficient, place was clean and we enjoyed our cream tea. Tasty scone, plenty of real leaf tea in the pot and very tasty scone. Next time we'll treat ourselves to one of the fabulous cakes on display.
The food and drinks are the very best. The staff Moira Catalina Treesa, are like a family, nothing is too much trouble for them. They make me feel like the Queen. The Patisserie puts a smile on my face, what can beet that.
Wowww Black Forest cake was so delicious. This was recommended by Cat. She explained me how the taste is going to be. I must say she was spot on. Thank you as your Guidance was very important.
Great atmosphere and even better cakes! We received fantastic service from Theresa. She was very personable and friendly. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
