Excellent service! I highly recommend 3D cakes. I booked this twilight themed cake for my sister’s birthday a few weeks in advance. I was quite apprehensive as to how it would turn out as I’ve never ordered a custom cake before, however the team at 3D cakes have literally brought the idea I had in my brain to life! Looks fantastic and tastes absolutely amazing. High quality materials used, and crafted by incredibly talented people. So worth it! Thank you so much!!

David and his team made my wedding cake that I visioned in my head and brought it to life! The cake was the talk of the day it was out of this world the detail was amazing! It tasted just as good as it looked!! Thank you so so much

3D cakes did my wedding cake for me. They were amazing. We had people in our wedding with certain dietary requirements including coeliac. 3D cakes made a specific tier for this and stuck to all protocols. I went in with a random idea in my head and they made it come to life. The cake tasted amazing and we got so many compliments. Thanks again. Lindsey and Gary xx

Staff never had a clue about appointment, realy nice young lady, ended up having phone consultation. Cancelled wedding cake which they have not even started, payed £39 for delivery on top of cake. They are refusing ANY refund because of so called time scale Not even refunding of delivery charge Avoid paying anything till you get your cake

Got a croquembouche from 3D cakes for my wedding in July. It was PERFECT. 3D cakes were approachable and always friendly. I had no issues ever with reaching out and David was really flexible about when the cake needed to arrive. Just wanted to say a massive thanks to the team for it.

Ordered a birthday cake, cake has some decorations missing,  I overlooked that.  What couldn't be ignored was when the staff cut into the cake, most of it was Styrofoam,  the cake that could be eaten, the sponge was burned & definitely didn't feed the amount of people it stated it would,  definitely avoid. Customer service terrible & birthday ruined.

David at 3d cakes was so accommodating assisting myself with my neices birthday cakes and cupcakes we ordered . We settled on the number 4 with her name ameiliarose and cupcakes to match her cake mermaid colours and theme and unicorn as well both cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious buttercream filling so tasty ,sponge was so light and the decoration was perfect for my neice . Thanks to David for arranging delivery as I love in Glasgow city centre so a bit of a distance all came perfectly packaged and secure . Highly recommended for all cakes and cupcakes for any occasion

I absolutely loved my wedding cake. The staff at 3d are so friendly so over the year of wedding planning I gradually added more and more bits to my cake at my own pace. It ended up 5 tiers/ 22.5inches tall and was just absolutely beautiful. Everything I could have hoped for and some. The cake itself was delicious, we had some tiers of lemon and others were chocolate. A fantastic experience. Thank you.
