I've sold houses twice with this agency. Selling your home can be a difficult time and on both occasions, the timing of the sale was not of my own choosing and was in some sense 'difficult'. I have found the team at Parks to be super sensitive and helpful -- together with all the skills you will need -- they are responsive, knowledgeable and careful in their work. Worth mentioning also that they do the best photographs to show off your home. Happy to recommend Parks.

We found and bought our first home through Parks and they made the process as smooth as we could have hoped for, helpful at every stage and always on hand to answer our queries and keep a line of contact going with the sellers. Especially helpful as for first-time buyers the early stages can be very confusing and stressful! Natasha and Hollie were always friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Parks estate agents. We sold and purchased with them during a particularly crazy Bristol property market. They went above and beyond in every aspect, from the sale of our flat, finding us a new property and helping us move into it! Huge thank you to Natasha, Hollie, Amelia and Andrew!

Hollie at Parks Estate Agents went above and beyond to make sure that my chain completed - and she wasn't even my estate agent but the estate agent of my buyer. It can be very frustrating feeling like you have no control over solicitors in this process, but Hollie went out of her way to make things happen and I honestly feel like it wouldn't have happened without her. I am super grateful and would recommend!

I had three agents value my house and I was the most impressed with Parks because it was obvious Amelia had taken the time to research and prepare before her visit. The other two agents just walked in, swivelled their heads around the living room and told me a figure that I already knew was too high and unrealistic for the size of the house. My neighbour, who sold a few months previous, listened to the over-estimators, went with their figure and had to reduce his sale price three times with his house left on the market much longer than he'd hoped for. Amelia brought information with her of recent sales of similar properties which helped us come to the mutual decision of what the house should be marketed at.  The photos were fantastic and the listing went up very quickly. Typically for the Bristol market, there was a lot of interest with all viewings taking place over two days. This was all very well organised and caused us very little inconvenience.  We had a number of offers which were all presented with the information needed to help us make the right decision which I was very happy with.  The conveyancing period had the usual bumps in the road and a rather stressful lead up to the exchange/completion date but Hollie was very good at communicating, extremely responsive to emails and calls and got us all through the exchange day with minutes to spare!!  I would certainly recommend them to others - my friend sold her house through them at the same time and had an equally good experience.

I can highly recommend Parks Estate Agents, I have been using them for the past 10 years to rent a property and I have recently sold the property through them.  Andrew and Amelia have been very professional, helpful and timely over the years and the service has always been great and competitively priced.  The sale of the property went smoothly and they recommended an excellent solicitor.  I would definitely use them again, Many thanks Parks!
