I was contacted about viewing a property two days ago. I wasn't asked if it was convenient to talk, was provided with a very small window of time to arrange to view it—and when I explained I was unable to view during those times, I was basically told there aren't any other options. I haven't heard anything since. I understand that in some cases, it's a sellers market - but I think there's a basic level of service and courtesy that we should be able to expect as potential buyers. Based on my experience, I'd avoid this company.

Hollie and Kim helped us to sell our flat in St George. They were really patient with our (many) questions and suggestions to marketing our property; gave us sound advice on valuations; and worked hard to find the right buyer. You can go with online agents but Holbrook Moran are an established local agent who know the Redfield/St George area well, are competitively priced and always at the end of the phone/in the office to drop by and see. We would recommend. Thanks to the team.

In April 2014.Dean was the last of four local estate agents to value my property in St George. He made an instant impression on my wife and I. He is friendly, professional, and clearly loves his job. Without any pressure he gave his honest advice and opinion as to the best course of action in our circumstances. He explained the selling and renting options fully to us. We decided to sell, and for us, Dean was the only choice. He also offered an excellent deal, but more importantly, with his market knowledge, was confident in selling our property. Lee then took a set of excellent photographs which were on the national websites later that day, and then an open day was arranged which was well attended. Within three days offers were made, and Dean negotiated the best price on my behalf, keeping me fully informed, and providing advice from his vast experience. During the period between formal offer and completion, Dean acted as an excellent mediator and smoothed out any potential “deal breakers” from both sides All the staff in the office were always friendly and repeatedly sorted any concerns, however trivial. I have already recommended Dean and his team to a number of friends The new owner has opted to rent out my old property using Dean and his team, no doubt as a result of their success and professionalism in the sale of It.! Thanks again Holbrook Moran Team.

We instructed the Fishponds Branch to sell a property in the area. Claire, Michelle and all the other staff we spoke to along the way were excellent. They always returned calls and replied to emails and always had cover if our usual point of contact was out of the office. Their advice along the way was excellent and they helped to ensure the process was as stress free as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Holbrook Moran!
