Update - I received I nice polite call this morning to explain some of the improvements which have been put in place over recent weeks in order to secure an appointment. We have today managed to get an appointment for our daughter which is certainly a step in the right direction. The lady who called me sympathised with my frustrations over the past couple years. I’ve changed my review to 3 stars and if my next experience is positive will be happy to increase further and remove my original comments. Thank you to the lady who called, all the best with the improvements and thank you for the call, I found it a very constructive discussion and it’s refreshing to know that you are following up on this. Dreadful. Embarrassing. This practice is one of the perfect examples of why our hospitals are past breaking point. Ended up in A&E in previous years due to not being able to get an appointment. Phones engaged for an hour or more every morning but if you go in there an hour after opening the place is empty, they are being paid for doing next to nothing and getting away with it.
I called Monday on behalf of my sick mother and when I was put through to the receptionist for a repeat prescription problem the young receptionist said they couldn’t find any details registered to the name and date of birth given. My mother’s been here for 20 years running as I was getting frustrated and I said “what can I do?” her answer was “sorry I can’t help you” as I could here her getting fed up huffing and puffing. Please get a member of staff who has patience and guidance for there ill patients.
I had my appointment booked would not let me see the doctor being 5 minuties late rude staff I suggest u keep away from the place priority is diffrent coloured people walk in and are told to take a seat racist is my only word didn’t even ask them what time there appointment was booked for STAYY AWAYY FROM THE PLACE TAKE MY WORD
Terrible. Doctors don't prescribe medicine you need. Give you pathetic perscription and cannot get a repeat. The amount of stress and hassle this place has caused is unreal. All you get is one round and is impossible to get a followup appointment. Everytime they are over booked so why not make the perscription a repeat ? Absolutely Terrible. Would rather see people in pain and suffering unable to sleep. Caused me to lose my job and have a mental break down because the doctor "refused to renew the prescription woth out a follow up" which as I day is IMPOSSIBLE to get.
I would give no stars if i could, this is worst GP in the UK. can't get any appointments, every day I'm calling at 8am They put me on queue Starting number 30-40 in the queue. Its ridiculous, how they cut the line before being answered, or they answer over an hour waiting on the phone and say we are "Fully Booked" try next day.all the time. Avoid this place I'm going to register somewhere else
I called 32 times from 8am and when 1hour 40 minutes later they did answer I was told no appointments left and to call the next morning. I had received a message asking me to get an appointment to receive test results! Absolute shambles!! Useless!! I have since tried twice to use the online triage service - both times the service was suspended as the quota had been reached for the day - what is the point therefore of trying to reduce the number of calls to the surgery when the alternative is suspended - joke
Worst GP practice! They do not give you appointments for ANYTHING!! They will refer you to walk in centre for everything. If u ask to give an another day appointment they say u have to call back the next day and when u call next day they again say we can't give any appointment and just go to walk in centre. I fail to understand what the license of this GP practice is not getting cancelled of they are performing so poorly and are not ready to see the patients!!!
You called me today and didn’t leave a voicemail or send an email to confirm why you called. I have called you back and have been in the queue for 41 minutes. There was only 8 calls in the que and I am still number 2. Why are your staff not answering the phone? Every time I call I get rushed off the phone or hung up on if I want to ask more questions so what’s taking so long? And learn to communicate with your patients. Disgusting Dr Surgery. Everyone has been complaining about the way you care for your patients and nothing has changed. You just don’t care about your patients.
I had an appointment in the surgery today only to witness the staff being extremely rude to a pensioner as English was not her first language. What's more disturbing was the fact the staff member Saffia was also Asian. She was looking at her colleague in disgust a white women There was quite a few female Asian staff members standing behind and not one of them came forward to translate for this jobs worth sitting there providing a service to this elderly pensioner. I then saw my GP and when coming out I see this same girl SAFFIA speaking in a condescending ,manner to another Punjabi women patient visiting the surgery. This surgery deserves no stars and the level of customer services is beyond a joke. If you have elderly parents or grandparents do not send them alone.
Good luck with ever getting an appointment here that's without getting test results back!. Always a long wait if you do actually have the honour of a face to face appointment and even then, you never get a full diagnosis or the right treatment so it's a big vicious circle
