Shockingly bad services would give zero stars, rude receptionists, surgery doesn't accept appointments online or face to face and to call to get an appointment you have to join a queue at 8am every morning, with no option to book for the future and then get told all appointments have run out try again tommorow. So bad that we've completely changed GPs and are at a much better surgery where you can actually get an appointment even if its a few weeks in the future.
Wasting my time they should answer the phone give the appointment making us people wait for hours on a queue call number then they answer say no appointments it's a absolute joke I would give it 5 stars if it was properly done just say no appointments or give an appointment why make us wait
I can say that Dr Fletcher is an amazing doctor he's so helpful and understanding, and takes time to listen and help, and gives positive advice. Thank you Dr Fletcher
The 1 star is because the GPS and nurses are generally caring and friendly. That’s only if my some miracle you get through over the phone to speak to anybody or get an appointment. Tried all times of the day on different days and all keypad options given by the operator and get cut off or the phone rings out every time. Not good enough
They say to call from 8am but I’m stuck in the queue as number 10 for 20 minutes. Then when the phone is answered they have no appointments and say I should of called earlier. If there are no appointments an automated message should be put on before wasting peoples time. The service is just highly inefficient and needs updating. Why can’t appointments be booked online? Just ridiculous
The receptionist Amrit is very kind and helpful. She is the best receptionist in owen road medical centre. She listened to me very carefully and answer my all my questions, she wasn't in hurry like others.
Worst surgery ever, not helpful with anything, always no appointment, they don't care about their patients no matter what's is wrong with you. I regret registering with them
Very bad surgery, takes over 2 hours for someone to answer the phone. If they do answer then their not helpfull at all. If you dont want to see a Dr....ever then this surgery will suit you!
Only been with practice for a short time, reception staff are so friendly, they go out there way in helping. Any issue no worries. Mums been waiting for her medical records from old practice. She is quite frail and many health issues. They are helpful with mums prescriptions. Thank you to you all
I would like to thank Carol the receptionist who was very kind and professional. I had tried unsuccessfully to get through to the Leicester branch with no success. Carol went out of her way to check the system and confirm my appointment.
