Hotel is well appointed and easy to find - clean and spacious. Rooms have the expected amenities. The biggest advantage to the hotel is the staff - greeted by fun, friendly and professional reception staff Matthew, Alex & Marie Ann who made the check in process personal and really friendly. Full of useful information about how to get about and just made me feel welcomed as a guest to the hotel.
I always enjoyed staying at Park Regis in my younger days as was right next to the night life! Visited again yesterday whilst passing through Birmingham after a long while and the service and quality is still the same as it was back then. A big thanks to Matthew on the Front Desk who was really helpful and professional during our check in! Rooms: Spacious with great amenities provided and a nice rainfall shower!

I had a wonderful experience at Park Regis Indus Restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service from Franco and Frankie. They were attentive, warm, and made sure every detail of my visit was perfect. Their hospitality truly enhanced my dining experience. I’d also like to thank Manjot at reception, who welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. Her friendly greeting set a positive tone for the evening. The entire team made my visit memorable, and I highly recommend Park Regis Indus for both the food and the incredible staff.
I stayed at the hotel for two nights, I had an absolutely amazing experience. The room that I stayed in was really nice, clean, comfortable and spacious! The room and dining service were excellent and so helpful! All the members of staff were incredible especially Levi, Michelle and Christina! I highly recommend the Park Regis Hotel Birmingham, it will definitely be my go to place to stay whenever I’m in Birmingham! Rooms: The Presidential Suite is superb! Nearby activities: Everything is in close proximity; gym, bars, clubs, cinemas, shopping centre, shops, supermarkets. Safety: 10 out of 10! I checked in late in the night and it was completely fine, no issues whatsoever. Walkability: It is right bang in the city centre everything is in close proximity with really good transportation links. Food & drinks: I ordered breakfast lunch and dinner etc for it to be delivered to my room. The food was absolutely delicious 10 out of 10. Especially the INDU restaurant!
Nice hotel , friendly staff, clean room , booked on Groupon and got breakfast and afternoon tea included. Afternoon tea was nice but would have preferred more savoury than sweet. Breakfast was not great just mediocre I only had scrambled egg and bacon the egg was pretty much as I like it but the bacon was so hard to chew like leather. The room was big and cool the view was one of the worst I've had in a hotel but that's not there fault. At night I heard a lot of doors banging and traffic
Park Regis is a great place to stay! It's close to the down center. It's clean and stylish. The reception staff are very nice, polite and helpful. Especially Matthew. Matthew was very kind and asked us about our background and time in Birmingham. Matthew's customer service was impeccable. I definitely recommend Park Regis.
Great hotel and a great location with walking distance to town centre and local attractions. The riverbank is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel and has a variety of restaurants to suit anyone's taste. There are many bars and clubs nearby for a great night out. The hotel has its own parking which you have to pay for but discounted if you stay there. I believe its discounted by 50% and the car park is accessible using your car registration which is activated by the hotel reception. The hotel has its own restaurant which serves Indian food. Breakfast is great and has variety Overall a great stay
Spotlessly clean hotel - smells clean as well as looks it. Friendly staff, good sized rooms. Security has been well considered, and you’ll need room cards to access lifts, as well as doors along floors after dark Breakfast had a huge selection, and was kept well-stocked, even though it was a very busy morning. Car park is very secure - we booked direct to get 50% off the car parking meaning it was £12 overnight as well as getting a free breakfast. Location is superb, buses and trams within 2 minutes walk and as Broad Street is so busy with bars and restaurants, it felt safe even in the early hours. Rooms: Plenty of room, clean, great shower - both rainfall and a targetted head. Nearby activities: There's a cinema next door and plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, such as Bistrot Pierre, Nandos, Five Guys and the superb Qavali Safety: Never felt unsafe here in the area. It's very brightly lit and there are lots of people in the area, so you don't feel alone. As for the hotel, as I said in my review, it's a very secure feeling hotel. Walkability: 2 minutes to the tram stop, 15-20 minutes to New Street Station. Plenty of buses nearby.
