Really terrible Mother’s Day. Staff would not move us from one four top to another in an empty restaurant because “the manager said no”. They did manage to tell us that Benedict Cumberbatch had been and was coming back in a week. Wrong priorities. The most expensive roast does give you three meats but significantly less protein than if you just get one meat, for £5 less, which seems absurd. An item was missing from two of the three plates they brought and had to ask twice to get it by which time of course we’d basically finished. Restaurant was cold, table was wobbly, pointed it out to waiter: nothing. Fixed it ourselves. No kids menu on Mother’s Day, despite being told there was by waiter. No drinks menu, had to ask twice to get one. At least we didn’t wait over an hour for any food like the poor table next to us. Definitely just going to Parlour next time, the place is a shambles. It was full so I’m sure they don’t care: not caring is written all over the place.
Paradise is only ever a short walk away! Thank you, a great place and a special thanks to the kids behind the bar. Lovely pub/bar in Kensal Green. All good, unless you are a real ale drinker. No cask ales for you. Well kept and loved, clearly popular with the local clientele. All good and a great pint.Service: 4/5
A delicious mid-week lunch with very attentive and friendly staff. A highchair available for children, there were great cocktails and the food was brilliant. The staff couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. A great place to eat.Food: 5/5
Melissa and the team ensured that our hen party of 25 were looked after amazingly. Communication before and on the day was perfect and Melissa ensured everyone was taken care of at all points during the evening. Food was delicious and drinks were great. I cannot express just how fantastic the team were at ensuring we had a seamless evening. The bride to be was so happy and we had 25 very happy hens! Thank you Melissa!
Excellent venue for a small intimate wedding. Everything was handled well, from the bar to the food to the service. The staff made sure that our private area was always neat and clean. The food was exceptional. I had the lamb shank from a set menu, it was rich flavourful and well cooked. Later in the night the venue turns into a bit of a club, but this was separate from our private room. Overall a great experience and will return.
hosted my big birthday at the Paradise recently and had the absolute best time ever! It's a great venue, awesome team all round! 10/10 from me! LFood: 5/5
Popped in for a quick drink before a local event, choosing this place as it was close by. Didn't expect it to be quite so stunning inside! Staff were lovely too. Wish I had more to say but it really was a quick drink - recommended if you're in the area!
Our host Fay was truly exceptional with her service and overall knowledge and recommendations was 10 out of 10. We came to paradise to celebrate our 7 year anniversary, and we'll definitely be back again for future celebrations. Fantastic Vibe all round! Kid-friendliness: All the staff were extremely kind and friendly, and SO welcoming!
Held a 30th Birthday here for 50+ people, we had a lunch downstairs and hired out the conservatory upstairs. Service was truly amazing and food was great also. Thanks so much to the team here - great before the event and fantastic during.Food: 4/5
A friend booked for 9 last night. We were disappointed not to be in the main restaurant but stayed on a long table downstairs. We waited a long time for our food and because they had two events I thought the food was going to be average… it was really nice, fresh, tasty and the service was really good!!! By 11pm they had a DJ who put some really good music and we didn’t stop dancing! Really fun atmosphere and will definitely come back!
