ONLY 3 PIECES & OF PEPPERONI 9 PIECES OF SAUSAGE ON XL PEPPERONI & SAUSAGE PIZZA!!!! We routinely order from Papa Johns Harpenden and recently ordered the largest size pepperoni & sausage for the family to share. The pizza arrived with only 3 pieces of pepperoni and 9 pieces of sausage so most of the slices were margarita. We called to complain and a new one was sent. There was no apology and the staff appeared extremely annoyed that we had complained. The replacement pizza took over an hour which meant not eating until after 9pm on a Sunday night. The new one, although having more pepperoni & sausage was still very sparse and some of the slices were still topping free. We won't be using Papa Johns again as their pizza was extremely disappointing and their customer service was very poor.

Excelent service. I ordered and paid using Android app, the pizza was ready for me when I went to pick up. Delicious and fresh. I noticed they have new employees, much happier and kind than the older ones. I always buy here and never had problems.

Don't even deserve one star! Sent us burnt pizza which we tried to eat and the pizza was getting more burnt the further we ate it and they refused to do anything about it because we had eaten a few slices! Manager was rude and shouting down the phone at us! Avoid this Papa John's
