First time hiring a van with Panther Truck Rental. Easy to book online and submit driving licence details. Very friendly and welcoming staff, explained everything clearly for us. Thank you to the team for a great service.
I found the Panther Rentals website easy to navigate, and the ease of use for booking my desired vehicle Luton tail lift was greatly appreciated. Later, the staff were very acommodating when I had to change my hire dates due to unforeseen circumstances. Pickup was simple, and I paid on collection an option available when booking. Conveniently there is on-site customer parking, or in the case of no space there is roadside parking nearby. Loading the van was straightforward, and the tail lift operated well and without incident. The vehicle showed its age somewhat on the day of the main journey, with a minor breakdown occurring due to an engine power fault. Ultimately I was still able to just about reach my destination on time. To the credit of the company their customer service skills are top notch. They were able to send out emergency assistance at short notice, and were happy to offer a partial refund for my trouble. PTR's track record does not indicate that this sort of issue is frequent, and I would consider using their services again in the future.

We hired 3 lutons with tail lifts for a week long project. The van's were all under 3 years old, in excellent condition and well maintained. The customer service is excellent with helpful and experienced staff making everything easy for us. The cost of rental very reasonable.
Really easy to book on line when collecting van approached by friendly staff. Vans are well maintained and really good value for money. Can leave your own vehicle on site and can return van out of hours .Will definitely be hiring again from Panther
Hard not to take 2 minutes to write these guys a review. Have used before and 5 + stars again. Cant fault them for anything. excellent customer services and they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Easy booking. great prices, fantastic service. Perfect.
