It does exactly what it says on the tin. £70 per day for a LWB van, includes unlimited mileage. Return with the same level of fuel that you started with. Van was a bit old and a few miles on it, but it still did the work. Staff were really friendly and had a van available for a short notice house move.

My Go-To van hire company, even though no longer living in Worthing. Great staff. No frills, no faffing about, no trying to stitch you up with additional insurance costs, late drop off arrangements. All good. Even have a dedicated van for dump runs. Does exactly what it says on the tin

Customers service level equals rudeness. The man I was talking to this morning hang up on me in the middle of conversation. Moreover he had no idea how much weight you can load to a small van. I do not recommend!!!@

I am delighted with the service I received by Abacus, I found the staff to be friendly and polite and professional, this is an independent company and I prefer to support local businesses. The most important thing is the van we hired did its job perfectly which is more than can be said about many low cost hire companies. The vehicle was clean and good to go on collection and all for a competitive price. I can't recommend them enough, I will be using them in future.

I wanted to write a review a few weeks ago and forgot. So making up for it now. We needed a van with tail lift to make a move that little bit easier. Found a Luton with tail lift for just £80 with Abacus in Worthing. So when I saw the van I said to myself ok, it will do what I need, they are a little older than vans I'm used to hiring for work events, but then I'm not paying the earth, its £80 for 24hrs. I couldn't fault it at all. The engine ran like a dream, as if it were new. Credit to the mechanic that I saw working on the day, keeping the fleet running.  He gave me good instructions on how to save the battery when using the tail lift and an overview of the van itself. Certainly knew his stuff. Thanks guys for making our move so easy with the use of your Luton.

Basic van at a basic price.    I got fed up with renting expensive new vans for £100 plus.   One scratch and it costs extra obviously.   Abacus vans are already scratched:  but work fine and do the job.  I rented a normal size transit for 24hrs for £50.  No limited mileage like Eurocars etc.   Perfect.

Very helpful service. Easy to book. Pick up was seamless. Did the job and we dropped the keys back into the box in the evening.

I have used Abacus Van Hire in Worthing for over 16 years. The prices are extremely reasonable and I've never had any issue getting a van even at short notice. Abacus are an independent local business and well worth checking out.

Barry ,Peter great service , very straight forward ,down to earth guys great company paid for days hire ,even tho only had it for 4 hrs ..it was more than sufficient to do the job .cannot reccomend highly enough . If you need a van ,Luton..then look no further than Abacus . Many thanks steve .hired luton last week .

Very helpful van hire. Good service  hired a van on a Sunday to transport furniture great price compared with others.  The van was a bit tired looking but it did the job.
