I have used this company a few times over the years. I now will not use them again. If you need help it will be too much trouble. I needed to upgrade the car i had hired as i had more passengers to carry. I was asked to go away for an hour and they would sort it. An hour later i got back and was told they could not do anything. I told them that other branches were showing available cars. The response was we dont have time to talk to them. The question is why send me away? 

The general staff seem fine but the manager just does not seem to care.

I then travelled to Gatwick who did say they had a larger car. After organising everything i was not able to hire because i use a debit card and not and credit card. Totally stupid i told them to take the full excess as the deposit and they still would not do it. Just like the other branch they really did not want to help. 

I then walked to the next counter (Avis) who could not have been more helpful. I was in a car within 5 minutes. I didnt even have my passport on me and they just said drop it in when you are next passing. 

Basically it looks like they have some good staff but if any effort is required forget it.

Quite impressed here. Tight car park is the reasons for a four stars. Really informative manager and polite and respectful. Stood out for me against their competitors and would use again.

I requested a diesel saloon for travelling from Worthing to Elgin, Scotland after spending time with my family over Christmas one year.
Upon arrival at the office I was advised my vehicle wasn't available yet. I went across to the cafe over the road for a cuppa and went back after about 40 minutes.
My vehicle still wasn't ready but I was given a complimentary upgrade.
Instead of a Vectra or similar I was handed the keys to a stunning Mercedes.
In the whole journey back up to Scotland, I only stopped once, such was the comfort level of the vehicle.
Fantastic service from Enterprise for my one way hire, 12 out of 10!!

first class car hire staff are polite and helpful they dont rush you and nothing is to much trouble would highly recommend the Worthing branch
