Amazing customer service. Since the day I first went to collect a courtesy car, Abbey was there to greet me and was extremely friendly and welcoming. She handled my situation efficiently and kept me entirely in the loop throughout it all - all with a lovely smile and infectious friendly aura. The car that she suggested (Hyundai i10) was also a perfect substitute for my own; easy to grasp and a pleasure to drive. 

Overall Abbey made my first Enterprise and courtesy car experience a very enjoyable one and I do not think the service she provided could have been any better. 

If I ever need another courtesy car I know exactly where and hopefully who I shall be seeing again.

Pleasant friendly reasonably priced told by main switchboard they did Skoda however they don't and never informed the bathroom branch I wanted diesel car however bathroom were excellent in sorting me out
