Update, don’t give me a link to review your poor quality car, you know it’s a terrible car. You feed it back, I’ve done the review. On booking asked for a golf, delivered a Vauxhall Crossland. Shocking car, felt terrible and noisy and wasn’t full of petrol. Did not feel safe so rejected car.  I paid for delivery and collection but had to take car back myself, wouldn’t use them again.

Had an issue with my hire van that I originally rented from Essex. Whilst in worthing called Europcar Whorthing dept told them about the problem with my van, told me to bring it to them and they swapped it over no problem. Recommended

The best part of the rental was 'Patz' - the reception/collection agent. She was brilliant. The van was fine, though could have been cleaner inside.

Patz, who helped me with pickup and drop-off, was great! My whole experience was fun and friendly. I got a great car, for a great price, and didn't have a single issue, problem, or unexpected charge/fee.

So convenient for leaving my car while renting a can and best price around. Patz was really helpful too.

Very nice lady at reception who was most apologetic. Have been kept waiting the last two car hires as the first time the car needed an oil change and service which meant I had to wait one hour and the second time the car had to be refuelled and cleaned so 40 minute wait. Not great. Also no parcel shelf which was ‘OK’ apparently as the car had tinted windows?!

Do not under any circumstances hire from here. My husband booked a car to be delivered , had to contact them as it was past the delivery slot time only to be told that they were still trying to get us a car. He booked 2 weeks in advance of our travel date. We had to cancel in the end because they couldn't get us one.

Great depo with very friendly and professional staff. I always hire from here and the vans are always new or in great condition. Big thanks to Roger and Patz

Over all a great experience. Would happily go back and hire a van again

On collection and return the two ladies were very nice and told me everything I needed to know. Unfortunately it was the mini cooper that was the problem. The front tyres were in poor condition and there was a distracting chip on the windscreen. It seemed a waste me paying extra for damage cover when they do not get the car repaired for the next user. Rather annoyed with my first experience with Europcar....
