Top class customer service from Glen and Nick - couldn't recommend them more highly - when you're investing in quality Jewellery / watches etc you need to know you're going to be properly looked after - you will be at Rudells !!

Idiots can’t tell the different between a real and fake watch. They just stare at it automatically assume it is fake. Got it verified later by a proper jewellers. Clueless.

After visiting the Wolverhampton store for some advice, it's not a jewellers I will be recommending to anyone, the way I was spoken to and how my late dad was spoken about I found very upsetting, people skills are very much needed and please dont judge people on how they look when they come to you for advice.

These guys are just clueless when it comes to watches. They accuse people of fake watches so they can sell their little watches. So I got the watch verified by people who know what they talking about. Don’t trust these guys especially when it comes to valuations. They try to shove their own stock in your face.
