Excellent personal service all the way through.  The most impressive thing was the home visit from Anneka to do all the cabling and set up my new equipment.  Then demonstrated how to use it and explained the main features. Methodical and patient. What an excellent service! Can't imagine getting this from any other store. Thank you.

I went into 3 Richer Sound stores nearest to me within a week over the recent sales. They offer competitive prices, 6 year warranty on TVs, reasonable range of equipment, knowledgeable staff BUT each store gave me a different recommendation even when the other recommended range was still available. Confusing as I gave them very specific requirements i.e. screen size, type, budget, limitations etc ... So I guess the recommendation lies with the individual stores sales person dealing with you ? In Solihull store I did find it difficult to keep the attention of the salesmen who dealt with me. I had a 5 minute discussion with him about what my needs were and my budget. He went away 3 times to do something else, came back, apologized each time and then vanished ! This was very off-putting. They don't harass customers which is good but not approaching and staying with customers is not a good move. So I left the store and went round the corner to John Lewis. I knew what I wanted which was recommended by the Richer Sounds Birmingham store. I had to buy that day so deal done but elsewhere with a 5 year warranty included free ! Shame ... 4 stars for Richer Sounds but could have been 5 stars easily if full attention is given once they are with a customer.

Just bought a Samsung qe49 really would recommend this shop it’s the personal & professional touch from the staff here.
There aim is for you to know what you want & know the products there aim is your happiness. There not in commission and there range of sound systems is unreal they will set up any of there sound systems for you nothing is a problem only willing to spend time and help. Thank you Kat for all your help

I visited the store recently and i find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Say helped me to get the info I wanted and she was very helpful. Definitely recommend this store!

Very Happy with my Brand New Yamaha RX-A1070 Amp with Dali Speakers! Stuart was great help and I never felt pressured or rushed at all.

Would most definitely Recommend to friends and Family
