This was my first visit to a John Lewis store, having previously bought items from them online. I was very impressed at how many different departments and items there were.nnWe had only popped in to spend away some time before our lunch reservation, but we ended up returning after lunch to continue.nnBest place I've seen for perfume testers, better than any airport. We are currently in the process of planning a major redecoration of our reception rooms at home, and saw many items we will be back for, or inspired by.nnStaff were also very helpful when called upon.

My mom bought the wedding hat! Personal shopper experience. Attentive caring, thoughtful, patient everything you could want. Dresses & accessories arranged beautifully. Absolute pride taken. I cannot name the staff member as name isn't listed on email or text confirmation.

Exceptional customer service experience at this store, blown away by their kindness and support! We came in to buy a suit for my son for a wedding, and we hadn’t got a clue where to start. We instantly had the help of Gina and Christine who went above and beyond to fetch the right items and provide helpful advice to guide us. They were running around the store non stop for several hours and they were so kind and helpful throughout. So patient and genuinely caring. We could not have done it without them, and you couldn’t wish for better support. With their help we managed to get a full suit, shirt, waistcoat, blazer, belt, tie etc, they sorted it all! Amazing.nnI also want to thank Hafsah from the tech team for going above and beyond supporting my husband with his new John Lewis card. She was so unbelievably patient and kind. Exceptional service. Would highly recommend this store and I hope this reaches the manager and gets passed on as your staff are a credit to you.

I went in there yesterday to check up on an online order.  Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.    It was so much better speaking to a person face to face and pleased with the high level of service and support.

During my recent visit to your store, I noticed that the staff members in the television section were engaged in a personal conversation and were not available to assist customers. Despite waiting for approximately 10 minutes and browsing the television displays, I was unable to attract their attention. Subsequently, I sought assistance from another employee who spoke at an excessively rapid pace, making it difficult to comprehend the provided information.nnAdditionally, I visited the Google section to inquire about the availability of the Google Fold. Unfortunately, your store did not have the Google Fold product in stock, but you did have a wide range of other Google products available. When I asked a staff member about the product, they simply informed me that it could be purchased online. However, I fail to understand the purpose of having physical stores if customers are directed to make online purchases. When I asked the person what the returns policy for smart devices was, they were unable to provide me with an answer.
