I came into Ernest Jones a few weeks ago and was served by a member of staff called Jo. I came to look for an idea of a new ring for myself as I had been to many other stores around swindon and I was becoming very doubtful lol. However Jo’s customer service was spot on and she was very persuasive when communicating and supporting me to make a decision on a ring that best suits me! I was extremely impressed by how kind, friendly and approachable she was. Definitely will be coming here again in the future, purely from the excellent customer service I received this day. 10/10!!

I came into Ernest Jones Swindon for a ring repair and clean. Lyndsey was very friendly and helpful not just for the repair and clean of the damaged ring but also giving a free in store clean of all 3 of my other rings. Overall was a very good experience.

I was welcomed into Ernest jones with a big smile from all the staff members, I spoke with Lyndsey who helped me right away. I had some ideas but nothing set in stone for an ideal engagement ring and based off my minimal description she found the perfect one that both me and my partner love. Lynsdey was very bubbly and left me feeling glad that I chose Ernest jones.
I bought a Pen for my brother and some earrings for my sister, Michaela who served me was so very helpful and her knowledge of the products I purchased was exceptional . Thankyou once again!
