This is a gorgeous place to spend some quality pamper time! The management and team of therapists are friendly and professional - nothing is too much trouble. The treatments have always exceeded my expectations. Do not hesitate to visit this lovely place and treat yourself - you won't be disappointed!

Sent the wife there for her birthday, purchased a gift card. She loved it and said the service and treatment were the best she had had. Lovely friendly staff and a great company to deal with.

Do not use this company - the offer woeful customer service. The manager in the shop is rude and very un-cooperative and they will take your money and never refund it. Things happen and asking to move the appointment to later in the day should not warrant such poor service

Had my shellac nails and waxing done for my holiday to LA yesterday, absolutely fab place, surroundings and great therapist. Definitely the best in Bristol, no where else compares.
