Had a very lovely day with my mum for Mothers day, the girls who gave us a massage were lovely. Everyone we spoke with on the day were lovely, even the lady I made the booking with was so helpful. 

I attended here a year ago and the changing rooms did need a refit, I was pleased to find when I returned yesterday this had happened and it was much better. 

It is a lovely place and I would definitely go again.

The spa treatment was amazing but everything else very poor. The staff very unenthusiastic everything seemed an effort!!! The cafe was dirty. 6 tables were dirty and stayed that way for well over a  hour. The toilets were dirty with no toilet rolls. Very disappointed with the whole experience and we travelled quite a way!! Such a shame. The amount it cost it should of been a whole lot better.

Dirty facilities and unhelpful team.  Only giving one star as the lady that done my massage was good and nice. 
A Spa day should be relaxing, do not understand why we have to pay £6 for a towel and dressing gown.  OK we have got a bag and flip flops but would have preferred to have my money back!

Very disappointed went to visit with a friend as a Spa customer, sadly the café was not open for food.  We had to pay for robes and flip flops on top of the price paid by my children as a gift.  The pool area and the Jacuzzi  was a bit smelly (sewage!!) so we didn't stay there for long.  We did have a nice massage, but beyond that the facilities were very dire.  I used to be a member here and often think about re-joining but this experience has well and truly put me off.  We visited at 6.p.m. on a Friday.

Had a lovely massage , staff was helpful and nice , building on another hand needs a refurb , paint is coming of ,  toilets are very old  and they shouldn't show new people a swimming pool area from the spa , just not very relaxing when you waiting for your treatment and group of people walking around like tourists , there needs to be another way.
