My wife took me here for my birthday and we both loved it. Very relaxed and I loved jumping in the plunge pool after being in the sauna. It was raining a bit cold when we were there and it turns out these are great conditions for the outdoor jacuzzi. Things indoors were great, too. It really was a great experience and we'll be returning soon.

I love the Relaxation Centre and only wish I'd discovered it sooner. It has a calm, ambient feel. The lounge is a wonderful place to relax and the free tea of the day is a treat. I quite often go for a toasted tea cake too! The whole place is so much more intimate than other spas like Bath. I would definitely recommend going at quieter times to get the most of relaxing.

I have been going to the relaxation centre for many years and always loved the place. Today however it was cramped and overbooked, with no room to sit in a sauna, hot tub or whirlpool. when I questioned how many people had been booked in - it was explained that a few of them would be going for treatments through the afternoon. I appreciate that might free up a space but to be honest sitting around in the lounge until there was space to get into any of the facilities wasn't why I went and certainly wasn't the usual standard for the relaxation centre. I left and they were good enough to give me £13 refund of the £49 I paid (I had had a 30 minute massage which was amazing) but a really disappointing day :-( I won't book again for a saturday....

Not your normal spa. It's not spotless with marble floors, but it is a genuinely relaxing chilled out corner hidden away in-between the houses of clifton. Nice spa facilities downstairs and therapy rooms in the house. I had a lovely time with my girlfriend on Sunday afternoon and would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to relax!

Booked 2x people to have a Star day package in Feb 2013. Brillient, clean, comfortable facilities. Friendly and professional staff. Well worth the money!! Definately going to rebook! Very happy customer.
