I got my top surgery done yesterday and it was excellent. The entire team there was incredible, they made sure that I understood all of the paperwork and that I had room to ask questions. My surgeons, Chloe Wright and Kate Williams, were incredible. Chloe made me feel seen and heard and ensured that I got what I wanted from my surgery. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process and I appreciate that so much. I was also very touched that Kate came to see me once I woke up from my surgery because I hadn’t met her before that and I wanted to thank her. I want to thank all the nurses and doctors who helped me that day. My anaesthetist was also amazing, he made me feel incredibly calm. Thank you all so much, you’ve changed my life.

I had a breast uplift and implants with Mr Krishnan and I am extremely disappointed with my experience.nnBefore surgery, I was reassured that the result I wanted was achievable. Unfortunately, the outcome did not meet what was discussed. I then underwent a revision procedure and was again told the desired result would be achieved, but this still has not been the case.nnI also had a second opinion before revision from Mr Prasaad who advised that the result I originally wanted is achievable, which has made this even more upsetting.nnDespite this, the clinic has refused to offer a refund and has only offered me another appointment with the same surgeon. After two unsuccessful procedures, I no longer have confidence in continuing treatment with him.nnOverall, I feel misled about what could be achieved and very let down by how my concerns have been handled. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider their options and seek multiple opinions before proceeding.

Going to have to go legal as complaints team disregarded me asking for a partial refund to go elsewhere for revision.nHad Rhinoplasty for a slight bump and wanted it lifted . Nose was straight prior to surgery and breathing was great.nnNow have a  new bump, breathing issues and VERY wonky nostrils. nose has been lifted from front but tip extremely drooped and not in proportion. So  I Have a bulls nose now.nnCannot do exercise without struggling to breathe well.nnThey disregard and pretend they do not see the issues with the appearance of the nose.nMy before photos are MUCH better than my after photos after 9k being spent.nnSarah was extremely rude from the first appt, I only went as I saw an influencer had a good experience . Huge mistake .nnMy appts last 5 mines after driving from bham, lack of communication too. Before my 2nd revision, Mr Hussain tried to refuse the revision sign off, by having a go at me being extremely rude and made me cry. However Raghavan agreed to do it anyway.nNow my complaint has been refused. Worse appearance, wonky nostrils, big bump, drooped tip which wasn’t there before and breathing issues .nnOnly decent people are the patient care  team eg Danielle .

I had a copper coil replacement done here and was met by a lovely nurse who kindly held my hand throughout the whole procedure. Dr Khan was professional and highly competent, and did the whole process quicker than I expected which helped with the pain. So happy I came here- the whole booking process was also very smooth, they offered me the first weekend that I requested, no issues.

I had my top surgery here in April! Everybody was amazing, the nurses, Nuni and Lynn, the surgeons Chloe and Kate. Everybody in the surgical room was lovely and created a safe environment, I felt so welcomed! Thank you all! :
