Pall Mall Medical - Newton-le-Willows

Thank you to everyone at Pall Mall who has helped me through my CT Scan for suspected cancer. When paying for private medical care you expect a certain level of professionalism. However, what you can't always expect is a sincere, kind and friendly service. While everyone who I have met has been excellent I would like to highlight Chelsie (Patient Coordinator) and Amanda (Diagnostic Imaging Coordinator) for going the extra mile and making me feel special. Consequently I will have no hesitation in recommending Pall Mall Medical to all of my friends and family.

Absolutely first class service from reception to surgeon. The anesthatists were especially exceptional. There were 6 people having surgery the same day. All recovered well with no after effects. Attentive nursing staff, who looked after me perfectly. Highly recommended to anyone needing a medical procedure using a private provider. I would not hesitate to return any time in the future if l needed any further treatment.

I would certainly recommend Pall Mall highly. My whole experience was wonderful. I would like to especially thank Joanne Freeman who co-ordinated the arrangements brilliantly, professionally and efficiently. I was looked after very well by the radiologist. The telephone consultations with GPs were very helpful and in details.

Excellent experience. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and my consultation was very thorough. Everything was explained to me and any questions I had ( no matter how small or silly) were answered. My husband came with me and everything was explained to us as a couple which was lovely as obviously any procedure will affect our whole family not just myself. This made us feel incredibly positive and confident in our choice if care. I would highly recommend Pall Mall to anyone who is considering private treatment.

Went to pall mall for my boob enlargement. The staff were so friendly from the moment I arrived. My room was lovely and clean and the staff made me feel at ease. The procedure was done and the staff did everything to make sure I felt comfortable and okay afterwards. Bev was lovely and the nurse who bakes brilliant cakes was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I recommend pall mall massively!
