Update:nWent for my breast augmentation today completely different from last time, it's gone from negative to positive. The whole experience today was amazing, they gave me anxiety medication and twilight sedation and I felt so relaxed and so calm and I became very comical. My medical team were amazing. I woke up in a lot of pain and the team gave me strong pain medication which worked very well. The anaesthetist was so amazing he was very understanding and my doctor was so happy and did an amazing job. Update, my breasts have dropped more and I can honestly say I love them.
I’ve had an amazing experience from day one. I have been researching breast augmentation since a young age, and knew this is something I’ve always wanted.nFinally being in the position to go ahead with this, Pall Mall was my first ever consultation I had, and I instantly knew it was the right place. I didn’t even feel the need to research other services or companies.nMy patient coordinator Rumneet was fabulous from day one, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with everything. She has been so reassuring and I couldn’t thank her enough.nOn the day of my operation, the staff were incredibly supportive and patient with me, as this was my first ever operation, I was visibly very nervous!nThe nurses in charge of my care that day were Noni and Ade, and the healthcare assistant Suzanne. I also couldn’t thank these girls enough, they were so kind and welcoming, and looked after me thoroughly. Noni made my experience incredibly enjoyable and relaxing, my nerves disappeared quickly thanks to Noni.nThe team in the theatre room were very welcoming, especially two men who chatted to me before the general anaesthetic was administered. Their attitude and humour really made my experience that much better.nnMy surgeon Mr.Krishnan was absolutely fabulous, answering my questions, taking his time to explain the process of surgery, the outcomes, addressing all of my concerns.nI am beyond happy with the results and look forward to the healing process and the results improving.nI couldn’t thank the entire time enough.
I went for a consultation in 2020. Dr prasad was excellent so I decided to go ahead with Pall Mall. But my patient coordinator Sarah was awful. I felt like she constantly looked down at me. Later that day I got an email from her with my quote, it was just a template that she copied and pasted, no asking how I’m feeling or if I have any questions. Yet I still decided to go ahead, I emailed her asking for help with payment and she never got back to me. I rang and asked for a call back, but nothing from her. Terrible communication. I still have emails to show the lack of response if anyone needs proof! However, it was a blessing in disguise because then I decided to proceed with Mya Cosmetics in Manchester and they were brilliant, they really made you feel comfortable from start to finish. Now I’m getting emails from Pall Mall in 2025 asking if I’m “ready to make the big step”, and telling me they’ll support me in the process LOL. This is the reason I’m writing this review! Avoid this place, there are better competitors out there with staff who actually care about patients. This is meant to be private health care that we pay thousands for, but it’s being orchestrated by clowns.
I had an amazing experience from start to finish, from going to my consultation in Liverpool with millions of questions written down I didn’t even have to ask them in the end because Dr Hassan who was my surgeon had already answered them whilst talking me through, he explained everything perfectly and made me feel so comfortable , and Nikki also who was my patient coordinator was amazing she put me at so much ease, made me feel even more confident, constantly checked up on me via WhatsApp etc and the phone call before my consultation meant so much to me as I was extremely nervous and she assured me of everything and genuinely took her time with me, With only having to wait 6 weeks from my consultation till my surgery I thought was amazing too! On the day of my surgery everything went amazing all the staff are genuinely amazing, everyone went out of there way to check up on me constantly I was looked after so well and I couldn’t be more thankful, all the nurses on the day was amazing but especially Noni she was the one who stood out to me, she was so reassuring kind and caring, even all my family said to me how amazing she was and I’m thankful she was part of my journey, I had breast reduction surgery and I’m now one week post op and seen my results and I’m over the moon I could not have been happier with my results the confidence it has made me feel already , I am so happy I found Pall mall and I will recommend them to everyone thinking of cosmetic surgery. Thank you so much again!
If you are having a good allergy test done then please do not use pall mall medical, I had my bloods done on the 25th June and it is now the 10th July and I'm still waiting. I was told that it would take 3-5 working days to have my results. I have telephoned them 4 times and have been told that the test is not back yet? And that someone will ring me back, no one did ring me back!!. I've had to call again for an update, I am still awaiting an outcome. I chose pall mall for speed rather than having to wait for an NHS appointment, I will not be using pall mall again.
