I have deleted my previous review due to today. A lady nearly opposite the hospital fell in the road and hit her head on the kerb. I rang the doctors as the ambulance was not there yet. I explained that there is a lady in the road who fell and if any doctor could come out to have a look at her before ambulance arrived as maybe a doctor could help. They said sorry we wouldn't be able to do anything if she is not our patient. I didn't carry on the conversation with them as I thought it was disgusting! 
If a doctor came out to treat the lady and fell behind with her appointments, I don't think any one would mind waiting extra knowing that the doctor came out to help an emergency accident. 
The ambulance taken over 15 minutes to arrive and the doctor could of been out there in 3 minutes. 
What a sad sad world we live in.

I was an inpatient for several weeks for rehab following a leg amputation. The care I received was brilliant. OT support was amazing. Every member of staff from catering staff to the doctors treated me with dignity and respect. The ward really is a caring place with the human touch. Thank you to all the staff and I will pop back once I'm up and walking on a prosthetic xx

my mum is currently a patient , the hospital is spotless , staff are very caring and considerate nothing is too much trouble for them , the best hospital I have been in
