This practice is BAD!. Essential medications have been discontinued by a mystery person in the practice. I have been lied to, fobbed off and generally treated like an idiot! Today i have tried to get my repeat prescription for which i have given the required 48 hrs notice. Only to be told earlier in the day it would be dealt with later and now when i have called back told it will be tomorrow. By which time i will not have any supply!! The receptionist was not interested in this fact. EVERY time i request a repeat script there are issues. I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone and am in the process of leaving thank goodness.

Finally managed to get an appointment, after being on hold for 25 mins, but with a nurse practitioner because no doctors available. Had to wait over a week and then received a text the night before to cancel my appointment due to staff training. Absolutely disgraceful. Will be looking to change surgeries.

Avoid like the plague! Must be one of the NHS worst medical centres in the U.K. Used to be good a few years ago but not it is ran by nurses, not doctors and EVERYTHING is a virus in there opinion. My partner who is 3 months pregnant and in sever pain attended only to be told she has a virus, she took opinion from a real doctor who told her she had server toncilitus and requires strong antibiotics. My 1yr old son was also diagnosed having a virus, again he needed serious antibiotics as was in terrible pain and had a major infection. I am sure that I am not the only person who feels this way. They need to actually realise that saying everyone has a virus to get them in and out is NOT good medical practice. Needs to be shut down or have doctors/nurses who actually have attended medical school and can identify the difference between an virus and an infection. I am changing back to my old practice. This place is a joke and a waste of your time.
