I contacted the Surgery for help for my elderly father. I was also struggling with the patches system so I phone reception. The staff were absolutely brilliant. She assisted me on the Blinkscheduler system and explained step by step. Above and beyond. The surgery is always busy and she guided me without any rush and with patience. Excellent service today. Didn’t realise I had no more medication as the box was empty after I took the last pill. Called the surgery for help and they got a doctor to issue a prescription within 10 minutes.nThis meant I could go away on holiday straight from the surgery with no disruption to my medication. So happy and thankful
Unbelieveably excellent and consistently great service here! Lived in London, Richmond, Stockholm, York, Edinburgh, Warrington and this practice is the best! We moved 2x 80yo here from awful minus 10 star Honiton Way Penketh - 100% better.nCaring attitude, helpful team. Special thanks to Practise nurse Ann for her detailed knowledge along with the specialist external weightloss nurse, Dawn&the girls on the desk who a patient and friendly team & make speedy appointments.nDoctors always happy to help esp DR Peach and Dr Rogers. The way Dr Fatima Bokhari was with my non verbal autistic daughter who went in with a suspected ear infection was amazing. I cannot thank her enough for how kind & caring she was!
I have been having a serious on going issue and the receptionists try their utter most to help. I can’t thank them enough for their understanding and sympathy always taking their time to listen to me and find solutions etc. The lady today helped me through a tough call so I’m extremely greatful to her for that.
