Recently joined this practice and have been very impressed by the service and level of care this far. The reception staff are amazing...nothing is too much trouble and they are always so helpful and friendly. I have also managed to book my baby daughter in for a check over when she caught flu from her older sister and was really poorly. All staff seem interested and listen well when you are sharing details of issues with them. Really pleased so far.
Spoke to a lovely lady on reception Friday evening she got me and out of hours appointment so thankful for her help.
Forget ever getting an appointment. Not only you have to fight at 8am if you need to be seen on the day, but now you also have to fight at 12 to get one in the coming two weeks. They won’t book you further ahead either, so pray you don’t have anything serious.nnI don’t care how good the doctors and nurses in the practice are, that doesn’t matter if you can’t see them.
I should like to thank Dawn Marsh on the reception team. She listened to my health problem and showed so much compassion.nnThe highest possible recommendation to this surgery.nnThank you, Dawn Marsh!
Very happy with the service that was provided to me on Thursday. I filled in an e-consultation form online at 09.35am by 10.10am I had a phone call by one of the receptionist to say they have received my e-consultation but the GP will only be able to call Friday before 6.30 but offered the Rota services to call me within the next half a hour. The rota nurse practitioner called me within half a hour and prescribed me the medication I needed. I did not expect to be dealt with so quick. I am not sure which receptionist called me but just want to say thank you so much. The service provided was excellent patient care.
