Initially I had a hard time finding this car park but realised it was my sat nav! Anyway very simple parked my car gave the lovely lady my car keys and times of my flights was collected minutes later by the shuttle bus and was in the airport within 5 minutes. On my return I used the phone in the baggage reclaim left my name an PIN number on your parking card and by the time I walked to collection point the shuttle bus was there. Great service great staff and a great price for parking.
I don’t normally post negative reviews but feel I had to this time. Note I’m giving them the 2 stars for two reasons only - convenience of their location and their bus drivers were friendly. Other than that, I’d say that their customer service needs work. From the moment I booked on the phone, it felt like they couldn’t be bothered speaking to me. When I arrived, there was a mix up with the date not sure how it happened but could be my fault too so won’t hold that against them. The guy pretty much scolded me and made me feel terrible. He was so rude it was actually comical. Barely a “hello”, “thank you” or any basic polite conversation at all. Then when we returned and collected the car key, it was exactly the same style again. I’m not sure why the staff there are so grumpy and miserable but it doesn’t set you off on a holiday in a good mood or make you feel any better when returning. Overall, it felt like they see customers as an inconvenience more than anything else. Just really rude and unpleasant to interact with. Won’t be using them again sadly because of this. It’s a shame because they’re a good price with a location close to the airport and the bus drivers are friendly enough.
AVOID! when your car gets damaged, They are simply not interested. Cost alot of money to sort the obviously malicious damageso deep even the bare metal was gouged. Respray on the bonnet and ceramic coating also had to be reapplied the whole vehicle, making me wonder if they washed it, but why would they need to wash it? As it was immaculate when dropped off. Dash cam was also disconnected! So don't actually know what happened to my car whilst there for the 14 day stay. All seems shady. Would double check the "terms and conditions" they take liability for absolutely nothing. Similar terms and conditions to supermarket car parks. So what are you actually paying for? Have used for years, but aparrently loyalty means nothing either. Would have been alot cheaper with a taxi there and back
This secure parking arrive is first class. I dropped off my car at 4.30am in the morning and was driven immediately to the airport by the bus transfer service. Five minutes from Glasgow Airport with no fuss Whatsoever. Great service , friendly service . Very competitively priced also. On returning to Glasgow airport I called from the freephone in the baggage hall and when I walked to the B2 parking section the Flying Scot bus was there waiting. Highly recommended service .
Always leave our car here when we go on holiday. You get picked up and taken to the airport with your cases. On your return, you call the office and let them know your flight has landed and the bus is there to collect you and return to the car park for your car. Such a smooth operation for one payment, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Flying Scot Glasgow!!
The parking was quick, easy and cost effective. However I would avoid the valet at all costs. I paid £45 for a full valet but upon return to the car noticed there was residue of polish left on the outside and marks internally that were not cleared. I did speak to the staff in the office who offered to have a member of the valet team come and check the car but as I had a long drive ahead of me I declined. During the drive I noticed even more flaws and as a result emailed flying Scot requesting a refund. After a week I got a reply to advise it was performed by an outside company and refused a refund, having followed up I received no reply - proving that customer service may not be the number one aim of flying Scot.
Picked car up at 230am, got home to find the next day my car had been hit while in the flying Scot car park. Called up to and staff told me nothing they could do and would not be reviewing 7 days previous CCTV. awful customer service Awful customer care and appreciation of customers belongings. Failed in thier one role to keep my vehicle safe for the duration of my cars stay. Do not use.
Just wasn't impressed. Car park is in a poor state, multiple pot holes and very uneven rough ground. It's like a piece of unmaintained waste ground. The car park doesnt feel maintained at all. There is then just a bit of messing about to get the bus. It seems to wait until it is full rather than just taking anyone who is there. On the way back, by the time the bus came to the stand I could have been home had I just parked on site. All a bit inconvenient and ended up waiting about 20 minutes on the bus to collect us. When I get back to the car park, my car had been moved about 20 feet to another parking space. Why? Did they just want a shot of it? There was absolutely no need for this given there was another car in the space I had left mine in. I'm not comfortable with someone moving my car for no reason and for that reason along with the inconvenient wait times I probably won't use this car park again.
Use this parking facility when flying out of Glasgow airport as its very secure, well run and less than 10 mins by their courtesy mini bus to the airport. They provide very simple instructions for getting uplifted from the airport on your return. Staff are always very polite and very helpful, competively priced with other companies but the distance to and from the airport makes it my number 1 for parking.
Booked the car in for going abroad and we dropped the car off and got on the bus to the airport and then on our way back phoned when we landed and went to the stop abd the bus arrived and took us back to the car park for our car. Everything went ok apart for the bus being 10 mins late to collect us at the airport. Was reasonable priced and near to hotels for yoir stay before and after your flight. Would recommend.
