Omniplex Cinema Carrickfergus offers a fantastic movie experience with its comfortable reclining seats and clean, well-maintained facilities. It’s an excellent spot for a family outing, providing a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere. The food options are also commendable, adding to the overall experience. A great place to relax and enjoy a movie!
Drinks and snacks staff, unable to read simple receipt. Like talking to a brick wall to try make them aware of incorrect food being given.nnSaving from hiring quality staff invested wisely in reclining chairs so that's worth 1 star.
18 month happy Omnipass member. The cinema itself is kept neat and tidy, seats are comfy and the staff are very welcoming. Popcorn is also usually pretty good.
My local cinema, and it's a good one. Great seating with VIP recliners being the only seating option. The picture quality is good, with decent sized screens. The OmniPass is a must if you go to the cinema more than once a month. The only issue I had with the place was the sound was a bit lower than expected for a while, but the last two visits, it's been fine, so I guess they fixed it. Great spot, with some nice restaurants around it too.
Only given one star as I can’t give none! Absolute disgrace of a cinema - as a family we go to the cinema a lot, also I do day trips as part of my work. Today we wer told we were not allowed out own snacks , bear in mind they don’t cater for kids/people with certain dietary requirements which my kids do so my kids cudnt take ther snacks in with us- had the kids not been so excited to see the film we would have left. Will not be back and personally I think something needs done with these silly silly rules! Any other cinema has never had a problem with this in Belfast / l.Derry/coleraine. Will certainly not be back to this cinema and will make sure anyone knows how me and my kids wer treated today
