Asked for an explanation of my extra payment by cash at the counter compared to online price, staff were unhelpful, unsympathetic and a bit rude. Didn't even give a cursory 'thanks' at the end of the cash transaction. Manager was disinterested in helping and came across as unconcerned. I was shrugged off with a 'computer says no' email answer when I enquired. Won't be back as there are other nearby cinemas that are better. Also, the seats were uncomfortable, place stank of stale popcorn, floor was sticky and toilet was blocked. The experience of the staff and unpleasant facilities ruined my enjoyment of the movie. I couldn't even tell you what it was about as I was so infuriated by my treatment, I couldn't concentrate on it and it was a Disney movie. I only stayed as I didn't want to ruin things for the 4 kids that were with me, on their day out. Really disappointing. Won't be back.
Loved it friendly staff, and to be back in a cinema after so long, really brought back the magic, cinema was immaculately clean and very welcoming.nnCame back for the alien double bill, a few new faces but everyone friendly and happy, warm and welcoming, was in one of the smaller cinemas but was immaculately clean and films were greatnnVisit 2 Screen 2 nBack again for Dune Part 2, love coming to this cinema I'm always blown away by how huge this cinema is for Antrim but no complaints
Great place but I don't find myself going frequently due to price and I was thinking how I'd love to see old movies like rush hour, the breakfast club, gone in 60 seconds, the goonies and ghostbusters for a cheap price. I only recently found out they have bring it back but it doesn't seem that frequent when I think it'd be cool to be year round and after cheap prices to see movies you love.
Very good cinema for what it is. Went to see it ends with us with my friend Barbara. As cinemas go it’s clean and tidy. Food is expensive but what do you expect nearly need to remortgage the house to get some popcorn lol. Good movie with friends. Thanks will be back
Absolutely dreadful cinema, apparently run by disinterested teenagers.nnWhilst visiting Northern Ireland, we thought we'd take in Wolverine and Deadpool here. What a mistake!nnThere were very long queues for food as there was only one of said teenagers serving whilst others stood around talking with their friends.nnArmed with our popcorn meant to be sweet, but contaminated with large quantities of the salted stuff from the neighbouring 'bin' we entered the theatre.nnThe adverts and trailers passed as expected and then, just before the main film commenced, the lights were turned up full.nnAfter around five minutes, the sound was then turned off and so it remained - a silent film. The situation was only rectified several minutes later and the film was then left to play leaving the audience completely confused about what was happening.nnAt no stage was there any intervention by management: No apologies, no rewinding the film to the point where the sound was turned off, no offers of compensation.nnIf you're in Antrim and fancy a film, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
