Wonderful GPS, nurses, and staff that work hard in an unforgiving environment. I commend them all and recommend this surgery centre. I’ve had two total knee replacements, and these guys helped my “…get back on my feet”. LiterallynOnly downside is their lack of available parking.
Experience as per the other reviews, there is NO service since Lea Valley took over, cant get an appointment, cant get them to even answer the phone and when you do finally get through on no we dont do that any longer. I need police application forms signing for my sons police application 3 Yes / No questions and a signature must be done by GP or practitioner, 6 months ago it was no problem we'll let you know when they are ready to collect....how does one get anything done or moved forward. Its blood pressure inducing to be dealing with these people. Such a poor state we're in, wouldnt touch these guys any longer. Real shame as it was really good surgery.
Had a bad back for over a week phoned 3 times to ask to actually see a doctor for medication and each time all i get is a tex message to ring 111 if it gets worst, then a tex to fill out an online form for MSK... all i want is an appointment to SEE a doctor but no that doesnt happen any more
This surgery is appalling. I have not been able to make an appointment online after trying multiple times for weeks. No appointments appear to be available online whenever I have tried. I have phoned the surgery and been advised that if there is no option to make an appointment with a Doctor it is because I don't need one and that I can't book one over the phone. I am fully aware that this is not the case, there should be an option to request an appointment for a new or existing medical condition, which does not actually appear. I've tried to go in to make an appointment and even shown the receptionist that I do not have this option and she keeps saying that it is because I don't need to see a Doctor based on the information I've input - this is the first page, there is no information to input. I've tried to speak to the manager but been told I can't speak to them.
After having knee surgery in September, I’ve been trying to book an in person physio appointment for three months with no success. My recovery has been severely impacted, delaying my return to sports and normal life.
