This practice is an utter utter disgrace. Rude & obnoxious gate keeping receptionists. Only when you point out that their calls are recorded because of how they are - do they become 0.01%, from 0.00%, “helpful”. If you are lucky enough to get through & allocated a Doctor, pray it’s not Kate Randall. If you try & reasonably highlight the numerous failings, the dried up Practice Manager makes Russian President look reasonable.
I’ve been suffering from suspected throat cancer and the Doctors and staff in this surgery have been brilliant. Big thanks to Dr Donaldson, Dr Goshi and Dr Ahmed and thenReception team and dispensary. A well run practice that works hard.

Staff under lot of pressure, we need to be bit more tolerant some times one thinks. I cant complain both myself and my wife have had really good care from Doctors and staff.
Been using this surgery for nearly 20 years now and have no problem with them whatsoever. Disappointing that people leave such bad reviews all the time, shame people who have a good experience don’t always comment. I believe they do their best with the resources they have. Have seen several doctors and a couple of nurses in my time and all have been a credit to the healthcare industry. I particularly like the call back function they have on the phone. Saves waiting and always get a call back.
